How is this different from HiPages where I pay $99 a month for leads?
HiPages charges you to access job requests shared with 3 or 4 other tradies at the same time. You're competing blind against quotes you can't see, on jobs that might not suit your trade or area. Rigup builds you a lead engine that brings work directly to your own business: branded website, Google Business Profile, local SEO and Google Ads all pointing to you. Leads that come in are looking for your business, not a marketplace listing. Start at $149/mo for the system itself. Add managed Google Ads for $299/mo whenever you want more coming through.
How do I know it's working?
Every form fill, tracked call and text is logged through our system, and you get a one-page report each month showing what came in and where from. If a month is quiet, you hear it from us first, along with what we're changing.
Do I pay for Google Ads on top?
Only if you choose to run them. Ads are the $299/mo plan, and the spend is paid direct to Google in your own ad account, never to us. The minimum is $300/mo, and we confirm the right budget for your trade and area before anything switches on. Ads management is included in the $299. For spend above $2,000/mo, a 15% management fee applies on top. Plenty of tradies start on $149/mo without ads and add them later.
What if I want to cancel?
Reply 'cancel' to any email. No fees, no notice period, no exit hoops. Your domain and content stay with you. We'll forward your email for 30 days while you switch over.
Do I own my domain and content?
Yes. The domain is registered in your business name. Copy, photos, schema, the lot. If you cancel, you walk away with both. No clawback.
Can I keep my existing site?
No. Standing behind the result depends on us controlling the build. Most existing tradie sites have technical issues that block lead-gen: broken forms, slow load, no schema markup, unclaimed Google profile. Starting fresh is how we stand behind the result.
What if you can't deliver leads in my market?
If 90 days pass with no progress, we proactively call to diagnose. If your market structurally can't support consistent leads, we part ways cleanly. The build is yours. The $999 setup is non-refundable because we did the work.
